Knee update, MRI shows a slight tear in the meniscus dr does not feel it requires surgery. He believes the pain might be more arthritic, wants me to see how it feels after a little bit of time. No more walking for exercise though :( he said if you have knee issues, walking puts direct impact on my knee. It has been feeling better & better each day.

It's great that you don't have to have surgery, I'm very happy for you. It's a shame about the walking, but I'm sure you'll find lots of other ways to get exercise ;)
