Crazy days..

The next few days are going to be crazy for me.  Some of you may know that I work outside the home and work in retail.  So tomorrow I will be preparing for Black Friday and I have to be at work at 6 a.m. and Black Friday I will be there at 3 a.m. yes you read correct, ugh and then on Saturday at 5.  I don't typically work on Saturday but it is the biggest money handling day for us, so I need to be there.  I think I will need to plan a massage for early next week, hehe.

Thursday my family and I are going to Faith's house for dinner.  It is the first time in about 15 years that I have not cooked Thanksgiving Dinner.  I am cooking a turkey and stuffing and some sort of dessert, I am thinking a cheesecake.  Was going to take pumpkin cupcakes but she is already having pumpkin pie so I thought something different.   Oh and we will be watching some football, at least at my house before we head over there...  GO COWBOYS!!!

Happy Dance

So I have a 2003 Toyota Matrix that I had the windows tinted on way back in 2002.  Well the film is starting to peel on all the windows and I was not able to find the receipt.  I called the place that I had the work done and explained I have my receipt where I purchased my car on 9/26/2002 and my bank statement showing I paid his company $200 on 9/27/2002.  They were going to look into what they could do for me and that was Monday.  I did not hear back from anyone, so today I thought let me double check the car.  Sure enough, in with some other paperwork is my receipt and warranty for the windows!!  Now I am doing a happy dance...

My Bubbles

Last Sunday I was home alone and decided to relax for a bit and then I figured why not share that with you.  So I filled up the tub with some bubbles, grabbed the camera and put it on the tripod and jumped in the tub.  I am not a big one for baths, but every once in a while it feels good to sit back and pamper yourself.

Naughty me

Naughty, naughty me, how did I miss my last two updates??  Spank me, please, hehe...  with that said on to the info and what you really want to know ;)  Newest Update first...

Chillaxn' yes you read that right, LOL.  As many of you know, I have been dealing with a bum knee and recently found out that it will NOT require surgery.  So now it is time to get off of my butt and start getting some exercise and stop the chillin', hehe..  Today I was at the Y on the stationary bike, I bet that was a site from behind, LOL..  Anyway check out the pics of me just being me chillin' and also I posted pics of my dirty soles for you wonderful feet people ;)  Check out this update and let me know what ya think.

And then there was Woodstock!!  So since it was the 40th Ann'y of Woodstock this year, hubby and I decided to go to a Halloween party as Hippies..   What fun it would have been to have been old enough to experience Woodstock, all the free love and everything... Want to re-live the experience with me??

Knee MRI Update

Knee update, MRI shows a slight tear in the meniscus dr does not feel it requires surgery.  He believes the pain might be more arthritic, wants me to see how it feels after a little bit of time.  No more walking for exercise though :(  he said if you have knee issues, walking puts direct impact on my knee.  It has been feeling better & better each day.
