Chilly Thursday

WOW it was so nice for a bit and now the cold is back, it is 40 degrees.  But I guess I should be counting my blessing that I am not back in KY, bad weather there and lots of people without electricity.  It has been a relaxing week, the first one we have had since the holidays and it has been very nice.

Tonight I am volunteering at one of the local High Schools to work in the concession booth, going to be pretty nippy doing that for sure.  And that is all that I have planned until Super Bowl Sunday.  We are going to a friends house who is a big time Cardinal's fan.  I as you know am a big time Cowboy's fan and she has been talking smack about my boys.  Now I hope the Cards win the big game, but I will be sporting my new Cowboy's shirt.  Front reads, "Got Five.." and the back reads "WE DO" and has the Cowboys star and all their trophies.

Always At Work

You know in this day of instant communication it is impossible to get any time truly alone. After a day of work I went down to the hotel bar (because what else do you do when traveling for business) and as I was back in the room starting to undress co-workers who I just spoke with two hours earlier are texting me ... Tight Is Right

How many times have you heard someone say ... "she's to old to be wearing that" when referring to women my age wearing tight clothes or revealing outfits? I hear it all the time and espeically on those dress for success TV shows. They say older women need to cover themselves up, wear skirts below the knees, keep their bustline covered and wear jackets all the time. We'll I'm hear to say ... ladies if you are comfortable in your skin and like to dress up sexy then go for it. I'm telling you from my experience the men sure don't mind and who cares what the other women think. My attitude is ... they are just jealous if they get on your case for being revealing, curvy or sexy! I say women in your 40's UNITE! Let's show that we can still be sexy and that women can grow older and still retain their beauty, sensuality and sexiness :) So if you believe a woman my age has the right to dress in tight revealing outfits ... Developing New Tastes

You know as I've grown older I have developed new tastes in many things. I enjoy a wider range of men now than I used too that's for sure :) I enjoy a wider range of food and all the luscous flavors I didn't experience has a kid. After many years of hubby bugging me I have finally develop a taste for beer. es I'm a sissy still ... I only like light beers. But all in all it still goes to my head and after a few I'm more than ready to drop my clothes .. hehehe! But one thing I really discovered that's nice about drinking beer ... the bottles sure come in handy when they are empty ... VBEG! CLICK HERE!

Good Morning

I hope you are enjoying this wonderful morning.  It is currently 50 degrees and suppose to be 73 today, we actually had a day that was 80 this week. 

As you know I went to the John Legend Concert on Thursday it was amazing an I really had a fun time, thanks honey bunny for changing your schedule to go with me.

Last night I went for drinks with a new friend of mine Keith and a met a couple he is friends with and we had an enjoyable evening and great conversation.

Today I am going to clean my house and going to a field hockey game to support one of our friends who is in a tournament.  Tomorrow dinner with my son and then a holiday party with my work.  And of course there is football tomorrow...

Concert

Estelle just performed, now waiting for john legend. There is going to be an issue because two kids in front of us think they are going to stand in their seats and block our view. NOT gonna happen.
