Today was double duty day. Walked 3 miles with hubby, .5 on treadmill, over 12,000 pounds in weights on the machines and 3.5 on the bikes

Walked 3 miles with hubby outside, nearly got hit by a lady backing out of her driveway and not looking behind her.  Walked .5 on the treadmill, lift 11,500 pounds on the machines and did 3.5 miles on the bike.   :)

It's All About Tits

Every year I support the Race for the Cure to raise money for Breast Cancer research. This past Sunday I did the walk with hubby, Jack and Faith ... we attended it in downtown Phoenix which is the largest in the country every year! Anyway, it's all about the tits right? 10 Years of Public Nudity

As you know by now if you been following me for a while you know that February 2008 was my 10th anniversary online. I did 5.5 miles on the bike and walked 3 miles with my hubby.

Todays workout

Walked outside with hubby 3 miles, then walked to the Y.  A the Y I did a mile on the treadmill, lifted over 14,000 pounds on the weight circuit and did 3.25 miles on the bicycle.
